This course is for those who really want to get to the core of deep transformation. The course works on two levels. Participants learn to master the dynamics of deep transformation, while experiencing deep transformation themselves.
Week One: Tuning into the life patterns and personal epistemology of clients
Week Two: Influencing the life patterns and personal epistemology of clients

- Patterns and patterning: fundamental organizing principles of human experience
- Surface anomalies and starting points
- Analytic and intuitive embracing of a problem space
- Following the client in a non-linear but systematic way to uncover deeper levels of patterning
- Tuning in to deep patterns
- Creating and holding a space for fully connecting with core patterns
- How the same connecting pattern shapes what works in our lives and what doesn't
- Systemic use of the relationship between client and therapist/counsellor/life

- Primary Assertions and Beliefs
- Primary Polarities and their Dynamic Interaction
- Energetic Biases – How core patterns are reflected in our body and its interaction with the world
- Root Presuppositions (Epistemological Confusions)
- Metaphoric and Symbolic dimensions of our deepest patterning
- Re-Patterning
- Identifying, integrating, and going beyond polarities
- Supporting energetic balance and alignment
- Transcending epistemological confusions
- Adjusting the metaphoric dimensions of core patterns, and
- Resituating the client's patterning in non-dual awareness
- Supporting commitment for further change, learning, and growth
Supporting Deep Transformation – Optional Meditation and Movement:
To support deep transformation as we explore our own and each other's patters, the programme will include:
- Optional morning and evening group Awareness Meditation sessions to support growth and development
- Evening sessions of Self-Unfolding Movement and dance

BALI – AN INTEGRAL PART OF THE PATTERN
Bali has a deeply transformative culture and it's deep philosophy and holistic approach to life runs through our work with patterns.
Participants will enjoy
- A traditional blessing and offerings to open the seminar in the traditional way
- Performances of Balinese dance and music
- Full-moon celebration at Nirarta and nearby temple at the end of our first week
- Visits to and from at least 3 traditional healers who work transformationally with energy, including
- An extraordinary young priestess, working with subtle awareness and energy
- A healer using movement and music
- A local teacher offering 'Bayu Surya Yoga & Meditation' and Chakra Massage (NEW)
- Opportunities to view local weaving (ikat and backstrap)
- A visit to the traditional home of a respected local high priest for a ritual cleansing to close our programme
OPTIONAL PROGRAMME FOR REST DAY – VISIT TO ONE OF BALI'S MOST RESPECTED HEALERS AND TEACHERS

On the free day between Week One and Two, there is an optional visit to one of Bali's most knowledgaeble and skilled traditional healers. Traditional Balinese buffet in the healer's family compound. Opportunities for spa treatment, shopping, and dinner and dancing in Ubud.
PARTICIPANTS

This programme is intended for Master Practitioners in NLP; practising therapists, counsellors, and life coaches; those who have completed Levels One and Two of the Transformational Coaching training.
TRAINER
Peter Wrycza, PhD
Peter, originally from the UK, is the developer of the Re-Patterning
process for deep transformation. He is the author of Living Awareness:
Awakening to the Roots of Learning and Perception (1997) and co-author
of Moksha: A New Way of Life (1997), Living in the Spirit
(2003), and When Performance Meets Alignment: A Compass for Coaching
and Mentoring (2005). He is the founder of the International Academy
for Transformational Coaching and Leadership and the Nirarta Centre
for Living Awareness in east Bali, where he receives individuals and
groups seeking 'Time Out' to renew and transform themselves.
COURSE LOCATION
The Nirarta Centre for Living Awareness, by the Unda river in the healing hills and rice fields of rural east Bali. Sidemen is a weaving village, an appropriate setting for our exploration of the weaving and unweaving of our personal patterns. Accommodation is in tasteful bungalows in and around Nirarta.
