Five Keys

In today’s competitive world there is an urgent need everywhere in two important qualities: creativity and leadership. Organizations that engage in more creative ways to solve their problems, maintain its leadership in business. Even small companies with vision and leadership for the right time to choose a new course, can quickly become global giants. Microsoft and Apple have also been used to small firms, and now their names will not go with us to the language – they have to / conjunction creativity and leadership. However, this combination occurs very rarely. Is it always as it should be? Some people say that “leaders are born, not made,” is also believed that creativity as birthright, are endowed with only a few lucky ones. But creativity is present in every person, and emerge as the leader at the right time can those of whom are waiting for the least. Who would have dared to predict that Lech Walensee become a world famous Polish director? But his willingness to respond to challenges unleashed his exceptional leadership qualities. ‘What is it? What does it mean?’ people often ask about our logo. And we’d like to share something about it here.

The Academy logo has just had a facelift as our Academy renews its focus and enters a new phase. Our logo is not just an interesting and mysterious graphic. It is like the chip on a credit card. It packs a lot of data into a small space. It is like our DNA, carrying the programme shaping so much about who and what we are. Our logo encrypts into a tiny design the essence of our philosophy and inspiration, our vision and mission, right down to the life-principles guiding how we work with individuals and organizations.

Our logo ultimately stands for our work supporting deep transformation in individuals and organizations, in particular through Transformational Coaching and Leadership.

The Perennial Wisdom

Throughout history, universal symbols have appeared in different cultures embodying similar principles of what we can call the universal wisdom of life. The lotus or mandala with eight petals or directions, like the compass or ‘rose-of-the-winds’ has appeared time and time again in stained-glass windows of Christian churches, Islamic ceramics, Navaho sand paintings, Greek and Roman mosaics, and the traditional architecture of India and Bali. Coaching, like any serious dialogue leads us to the heart of the great paradoxes inherent in man.
Sitting close to the customer, we are at one end of the unbridgeable gulf between the intimacy of his own thoughts and feelings, and thoughts and feelings of another person.
Here we sit next with each other, everyone – in itself, in the silence of his own thoughts and feelings.
But it works in us an amazing ability to empathize, understand intuitively understand and share thoughts, feelings, and the essence of each other. coaching magic is not in our complete isolation, and not its negation, but rather in those moments when we experience and isolation and connection.

When we work in isolation, yet remains in the back of a sense of community, and suddenly within us and between us there is a “resonance.” And in moments of such resonant response occurs naturally transformation – not only in the world of the client, but must also coach in the world.
