14-16 June, Moscow
with
Peter Wrycza, PhD
For graduates of Peter Wrycza’s Deep Transformational Coaching model who wish to serve as Mentors to Academy ICF ACTP Diploma candidates, and also for those more experienced coaches who wish to develop their mentoring and supervision skills with our holistic approach
Introduction
Learning how to support the development of coaches not only enriches our own mastery and skill as coaches, it adds a particularly rewarding and fulfilling dimension to our coaching practice.
As the coaching profession matures and develops, mentoring and supervision of coaches is becoming a professional requirement for raising and maintaining the quality and skill of coaches. On-going mentoring and supervision is already a precondition for membership of many of the top coaching organizations.
Take this opportunity to be at the forefront of our profession as coaches!
In this Programme, you will:
• Update your knowledge of Peter’s Deep Transformational Coaching model
• Integrate that knowledge at a higher level, as you learn how to support the development of coaches through Observed Coaching, Mentoring, and Supervision
• Learn how to use the Way of Unfolding Compass as a framework for mentoring at different stages of coach development
• Help prepare ACTP Diploma students of Deep Transformational Coaching for ICF Credentialing
• Integrate the ICF Core Competencies personally and help coaches develop them as they learn to master the Deep Transformational Coaching model
• Receive quality feedback on your own coaching and mentoring abilities as we practise mentoring with a team of our best Academy coaches.

Message from Peter:
‘One of the biggest challenges I have faced over the past ten years of training coaches has been how to bring our coaching students to a level of skill and confidence such that they feel they are capable of practising coaching confidently with our model.
I have long felt that a programme of mentoring and supervision would help our students’ development as people and coaches.
To that end I have taken training myself with the Coaching Supervision Academy (CSA) in Europe. And I am delighted that Mentoring will be an integral part of our ACTP Diploma training. In preparing our application to ICF for ACTP status, I was thrilled to discover and develop our own Academy model of, and approach to, mentoring and supervision, which I will share on this programme.
I am really happy that this will develop a potential niche for our coaches that will help them support themselves professionally as paid Mentors.
I look forward to spending these days with you in sharpening our knowledge, skills, and preparing a team of mentors for the new Academy programmes.
Peter Wrycza, PhD, Founder of the International Academy for Deep Transformation.
Please note: Participants should bring a video recording of an example of their coaching, about 20 minutes in length. If video is not possible, an audio recording will suffice. Please coordinate with the course organizers which format you are bringing, so that if selected your coaching session can be viewed during the programme.
